Unfortunately most of the core hardware (CPU , Motherboard and Graphics) are not that readily upgradeable, some laptops are more upgradeable then others. Some items however like Hard Drives, Optical Drives and Memory are usually all upgradeable and will always yield positive results.

What kind of return options do you have?
We are committed to your satisfaction. Within the warranty period, items can be returned for replacement or repair or if the item is not in stock a store credit will be issued, once a Return Merchant Authorization ("RMA") has been obtained. You can do this at anytime by calling us , Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 PM to request an RMA. Unauthorized and unmarked returns will not be accepted. Refunds are only available within the declared warranty period from the date of the invoice (shipping, insurance and handling charges are non-refundable). Why are there multiple part numbers for the laptop part I'm looking for?
Often times the part number on your laptop or notebook computer part has many alternate part numbers, or compatible part numbers. These numbers are listed for your convenience so you can be sure you are getting the right part for your laptop computer.
Where can I find information guides on how to replace a faulty component, for example a hard drive or keyboard?
Most manufacturers have service guides for your model of laptop available to download from there support section within there website. These service guides give you a complete breakdown of all parts and how to access and replace those parts usually with clear descriptions and pictorial guidelines. Obviously most laptops differ in the way they are put together and some manufacturers may not provide this detailed information. Please refer to any documentation that came with your laptop. Please also note that if you do undertake the work yourself that you may invalidate any existing warranty. Our best advice is that if you are in doubt you may be better off paying a certified repairer to undertake the work.
